They just scammed a 79 year old Farmer. You called my dad and told him about FREE Sockets and that you would include other things, too. I am so mad that you sent products of less value than $100 and charged him $329.90, Your salesman Tom Cook/JS6 should be ashamed of himself receiving the extra profit! Please STOP this unethical process and solicitation. Allow customer who want your products to buy them on line. According to the BBB you can not get the postage return sticker, so we just sent the check in a traceable package. He was really upset and knew we would be mad, too. But the salesman was very persistent and pushy.

"Inland Empire Industrial Supplies", located at 12741 Magnolia Ave, Suite #100, Riverside, CA, 92503, sent us three boxes of cheaply-made tools via UPS Ground. We never placed this order, and when we attempted to contact the company to arrange a return, they made several inconsistent claims and hung up on us multiple times in attempt to avoid giving us the return shipment information. I suspect they will reject the packages when I try to send them back. They are claiming we owe them $5,000 for this unwanted shipment.

In the past few years, they made other attempts to call us in regards to alleged "orders" that were placed, but this is the first time that they’ve actually sent us products without consent. I have no idea how they got our address either, it’s pretty scary!

They call you, tell you they will send you a package of tools free of charge to try them out and you can return them anytime before a month, well when they send you the package they leave out an invoice for the amount you owe no return label if you choose to send back, no contact information at all. Then they wait 30 days and call you and try to collect your money saying you didn’t return the package within the allotted time and now it’s too late and you just have to pay. Bogus company.

I was called and asked to evaluate tools. I am in construction. I then received a call after 30 days telling me they were going to effect my credit negatively if I did not give them $389.90. I told them they could have all tools back in original packaging if they gave me a shipping label, since I had not had an opportunely to open box. They told me it was after the "30 days" and I had to pay them.
