I clicked on an add on Facebook for Shark report’s free sample of Ingerent Beauty and ys cream. It stated it was free but I had to pay shipping. I entered my debit card info and had to pay $4.95 + $1.95. When I finished I became nervous about the purchase and googled the line. It was reported to be a scam. I found the above phone # and called about 15 minutes later. The phone rep promised to cancel my order as it involved an auto monthly fee that was over $80. He told me he could not refund the payment I made because that money already was sent to the US Post Office. He promised me an email confirmation that I did not receive. I waited 2 hours and called back to talk to a different representative. She told me my account was cancelled. I called my debit card bank and realized they charged me two times @$4,95 and one at $1.95. They said I will not receive the product. I do not want another senior citizen going through this nightmare.

I had similar experience to others reported. I saw an ad on Facebook, clicked to order "Get Your Free Trial Now" and filled in the info to spend $4.95 for the shipping of the inherent beauty cream. I did not get a confirmation email. A few days later I got two packages in the mail, one for the inherentbeauty pump cream, one for an eye cream I hadn’t ordered (I made sure to not select anything else at checkout.) I looked at my bank charges, and sure enough, I got billed $4.95 for both of them. In one box was no notation as to where it came from, the other box contained a postcard sized "What are the benefits" sheet, with a phone number "Should you need to contact us for any reason, do not hesitate, we love to hear feedback from our customers!"

Last night I noticed two charges, one for $89.85 with the notation line of "SECRET BEAUTY SOLUTION 877-286-" and the other for $89.94 with the notation line of "AGP:*TRYYOUNGSKIN 877-9057114 FL".

Today I called the (888) 239-5985 number and waited for a while to get a person. When I explained I had not authorized this charge, he stated that I had, and that I must not have read the agreement. He said I had to cancel in 14 days or else I would be billed, and he couldn’t refund the charge (it is apparently a trial, I won’t be getting more product for the $90 I lost for each) but he could make sure I don’t receive future shipments. He tried to offer me discounts on the product, but I just said I just wanted my money back, and that I was charged for both products. He "did me a favor" by cancelling the other product (eye cream) and offered to refund 30% for my trouble. I told him I had believed it was a FREE trial, that I was just paying shipping, and he said it wasn’t a FREE trial, but a TRIAL, and he could send me the URL to prove I was wrong. I just looked on the website and it shows "Get Your Free Trial Now!" so I may have missed the "agreement" (that I never would have agreed to, I know from past mistakes that I would forget to cancel in time – so I don’t do that anymore), but it wasn’t sent to me in email or in the package. After I told him that I was very sorry, but we were barely making ends meet, he agreed to giving me 50% refund, or $90 from all that I was charged (which included the eye cream I DID NOT order.)

I reported my debit card compromised, and we are going to the bank tomorrow to see what they can do. I’m going to post this embarrassing story to Facebook and hope it goes as viral and cancels out the money they are pumping into Facebook ads to hurt unsuspecting people with this scam.

I’m a smart person, so I’m really upset I got scammed in this, and that they feel like it’s okay to advertise this way.

I purchased a product online that advertised a trial product for a certain price of $4.95. On the website it says 29 day money back gaurentee. There was nothing on the website page prior to entering credit card information that this was a 14 day trial "period". On the 15th day I was unknowingly charged $89.95. I called to dispute the charge and told them I was returning the product and I was told by the manager that they don’t take product back! They can give me 50% back. This is deceitful and false advertising. It clearly says on the website "29 day money back".

I would like my full $89.95 returned.

I purchased two "free" samples for the cost of postage. I am now charged with the amount of $89.94. I did not agree to purchase any additional products nor do I want additional products. This deduction from my account has caused a hardship for me as I’m on a fixed income. I want to be reimbursed for this deduction from my account. This is false advertising and should be addressed.
