A robot voice stating my name then a human stating he was going to call my Human Resources at work to serve me for a legal matter, then a robot voice with a case number and phone number to contact of (870) 627-3147 with a final statement of "this is our final attempt to contact you good luck!" They also later called my place of work and stated they were trying to find me to serve me with paperwork.

my brother received a call from (309)216-6759 saying they were trying to reach me and mentioned me by name he told them I am his sister and they asked him to pass along the message. I called the number and told them who I was to speak with which was Ms. Stewart. He asked for my case number that was passed along in the message which I gave to him then he asked for my name and contact number which I did not give. I asked him his companies name and he told me just information center in Illinois. I asked him what they do and he said they work with many other companies to help people who have charges against them settle out of court. I did not give him any information. I asked him so you’re saying I have legal charges pending against me his said yes maam and we are here to help you settle out of court. He never transferred me to the Ms. Stewart and I informed him I would have my attorney look into this at which point he hung up on me.

They contacted my mother-in-law and sister-in-law regarding a lawsuit that was field for a payday loan against my husband and left a reference number for him to call. I contacted them and was told that they would need to collect $1,240.00 for the judgment that had been filed or they would start garnishing his wages.
I asked what company filed the lawsuit and she did not have the information. I asked for a copy of the judgment and was told that they do not have it. I asked what court it was filed in and she gave me the city that I live in.
Once I informed her that I was a paralegal calling from a law office she had nothing else to say to me.
I would not have been a party to the suit and if it was legitimate they should have not given me any information as the account was supposedly in my husband’s name.
