Someone called from 608-424-4313 which is Belleville WI number, the lady left me a voicemail told me this me being served by voicemail and I need to call 866-717-1323 because I’m being taken to court by Victoria’s Secret for a credit card that I didn’t pay. They gave me a reference number that included my social security number.
When I called the first time the lady said it’s Victoria secrets who is pursing this and she said they are taking me to court for fraud because I have a credit card that I never paid.
First I was told the amount I owe is also court costs but when I asked what state they then said it hasn’t gone through the court yet. Then when I called again the guy over the phone yelled at me that he doesn’t need to give me any information because I already called once already when I asked what company is actually pursing this lawsuit he said it’s multiple banks he said he was an officer but worked at an attorney office. I then hung up. You can’t find ANYthing on this company, no website or nothing. When you call the tollfree number they will only say they are in Atlanta Georgia
