I am convinced that this company is a part of the SCAM that is through craigslist for purchasing vehicles. You are told to purchase the Vanilla Cards and send the information for each card and your auto will be shipped. Once you do not get the purchase that you have paid for this company (Incomm) will tell you to file a dispute and later send you the letter stating that they cannot refund you your money be cause you authorized the transaction. They are in the scam together….As I stated to them most credit card companies will refund you for items that you pay for and do not receive. I will never purchase another Incomm card again.. PLEASE BEWARE OF SCAMS THAT USE THE VANILLA CARD…. DO NOT BUY THESE CARDS THEY ARE A PART OF THE SCAM..
