I purchased a vanillavisa on 6/2/2016. After attempting to use my card, I was told my card was not activated, however I have a proof og purchase. This company refuses to refund my funds are make the funds available. I would like to report this company taking advantage of consumers. They advised I fax or email my id, copy of card, and receipt. I have done this 5 x, still no solution. Ticket # 775174
