I lost vital notes on my iPad (they randomly disappeared for unknown reasons). I purchased this software, as it claims to be able to retrieve lost data regardless of how it was lost. They have a free trial version but that trial has limited service & would not have been able to do what I needed. After running the program & it not doing what it claims it could do, I immediately contacted their support (no address, no phone number- only this email is listed as a means of contact). Since their home page clearly states that I could get a refund if I’m not satisfied within 30 day of purchase, I requested a refund. They said they would not give me my $$ back and have ceased all contact. I have since contacted the FTC and my bank’s fraud department.
