I received a call from Angel Castello from the Consumer Protection Agency. He told me that I had won $975,000 through Proctor & Gamble give away. I then spoke to supervisor, Mark Groupman. The money was in an account in Florida with Bank of America. They wanted $2757 in shipping fees. When I said that I didn’t have that, he said he would take 1/2 that amount. I decided to check it out before proceeding.
