Type of a scam Tech Support

I was browsing through my internet and suddenly I get a McAfee popup template and also a Microsoft popup box stating that I needed to contact them immediately due to someone trying to hack my bank account. They provided a phone number in the Microsoft box and being unaware of any scams I panicked and immediately called the number. They were stating that someone was trying to get access to my bank account and that I needed to act immediately and get it fixed. They charged $199.00 to scan and clear out any viruses plus another $299.00 for warranty. The first lady I spoke to she stated her name was Nancy Wilson and she said "you are not tech savvy so someone is trying to get access to your bank account". and proceeded to tell me a bunch of lies. Then another guy answers the call by the name of Sam Wick. They were all Indians from India. The fake number they provided to call was 1-800-493-1370 and they used that on the Microsoft popup box so they are copyrighting McAfee and Microsoft software to get people to call them. I then proceeded to call Microsoft and the representative proceeded to tell me that they were a scam. The address above is fake and the 415-449-5700 number is a non-working number. I looked up the address on Google. Does not exist.
