This company is 100% fraudulent. They are using the address for the company I work for as their "Head Office" address and I keep receiving calls from customers who have been scammed. Today I received a call from Sharon who ordered a puppy online and the seller insisted on collecting "Live Payment" from her through Zelle before shipping the puppy through Impact Shipping Agency. Sharon said she paid them $1500 and the puppy never arrived. She claims Impact Shipping stopped answering her calls at their listed customer service number and so she was forced to look them up online. She googled the address and that’s how she found my company – Precision Engineering Corporation. We’re an engineering firm. We do not sell puppies. This isn’t the first call I’ve gotten from someone who was apparently scammed by Impact Shipping Agency and it’s really scary to hear these stories. My supervisor is working to have the address removed and I wanted to post this story for anyone out their who is currently considering "Impact Shipping Agency" for their shipping needs. Please do not trust these people in any capacity.

me and my spouse responded to a craigslist ad about the selling of husky puppies for cheap due to a mans brother dying and him needing to get rid of the puppies because he couldn’t take care of them which is why they were so cheap. we sent the payment and the dog was supposedly sent to a airport to be shipped to us. we were told to pay a $1500 refundable crate fee to carry the dog and once the money was sent we were told the dog had none of his shots and was all of a sudden “ill”. the seller had told us the dog was up to date with his shots so we became suspicious. we were then told to pay and additional $1270 fee for shots in which we would receive a 95% refund. we then knew we were being scammed because that made no sense and later found the number they were using to contact us connected to another person being scammed online with the same story.
