They called my grandmother and myself saying I owe 1085 dollars for a loan that I never took I even looked on my credit report and no such thing existed. They used big terms to try and scare me like theft by deception and fraud of a Finance company they also wanted my bank information right then and there

I was contacted by phone by someone claiming to be from Impact Arbitration, representing their client H & H Holdings. I was in serious trouble if I didn’t pay an outstanding balance from July 2011. If I didn’t pay today they would file a serious claim against me and I would have to pay court costs surmounting up to $5,000.00. When I told the lady that I wouldn’t pay, she said well you will be served shortly, in fact look outside there is a white van right now. She was very scary and very agressive.
