My elderly parents have been scammed out of quite a bit of money from this company. They thought that they were getting virus protection for their computer. My parents have not had a computer since September 2017, but the charge of $500 was taken out in February 2018. When I called the number that my mother had written down, it was very obvious a scam-the man who answered did not answer as a business, told me that he would ‘look into it’ and get back to me, etc. I asked him for his office number, and he gave me a 1-800 number. When I called the 1-800 number another man answered (again without a business name) and thought that I was someone calling him back-after talking with him and pretending to be the one he was calling back, he told me that this was a business called tradeshow travel co, and that he needed an email address to send the confirmation of the travel I had bought from him. When I asked him where he was he gave me a bogus address in Pompano Beach Florida.
