I placed an order for an item on ihydroflask.com. The website looks legitimate and has an address in Switzerland. There is no phone number, however, and the only way to contact them is through their website contact form. I didn’t realize this until it was too late. I placed an order using my PayPal account. When I received the Paypal confirmation of payment, I saw that the payment was made to a merchant whose name was written in Chinese. ?? ?
