He messaged me through a Facebook group inquire about getting direct contact information to Arizona Off – Market Real Estate House Sellers List. I was able to assist him and before the call has ended. He hired me as his Virtual Assistant. He also hired my buddy to do Online Marketing to get customers or Leads. So the deal was he will pay us $8 each/hr. plus $3/ generated house seller information. Me calling the list he initially paid for $100. also gave as another $100 to set up a US phone number aside from that, If I will be able to convince the person I contacted to set an appointment, He’ll give me a commission. and aside from that, if the customer sells his property and accepts cash for payment he’ll give more Incentive. And pay for all the contacts we upload to his database. Which is roughly around 12,000 contacts already. He even asks me to look for a lady who wants to work as a dispatcher for a car rental. I recommended him to my friend. he promised to pay her $9/hr. But all he did was to let my friend waited for 9 days. He didn’t answer any text messages, call,. He’s very rude. Disrespectful to us. And a bit of a racist. Calling us Monkeys. During the 1st week of operations. I was able to give him to possible prospect.(wants to sell their property) No updates from him, anything what so ever. And now, He blocked us from Facebook. changed the access permission to his database, where we stored the customers info. does not answer our phone calls or messages. So I ended up paying my buddy for his work. and gave my lady friend
