Scammer messaged over facebook messenger using a friend’s account (an older family member) first asking how I was and ordinary conversation things. It was awkward and stilted, but I hadn’t talked to this person online before, so I thought they were just like that. After pleasantries, unprompted, they messaged "Have you heard about the ifc program going on?" I said "I don’t think so," and because I was curious, I googled it. That led me to ‘ifc program scam’, so I blocked the hacker from messaging me and blocked them on Facebook.

They hacked a relatives Facebook and approached me about texting someone named Williams Henry via a link sent that I have attached above. Reporting that Williams Henry is an honest man and that my relative got 50k just by applying. I did not click, just reporting here now.
I just got a message on messenger from a family friend. Just didn’t sound like anything she would say. Didn’t believe a word. Sent me a link to a John Garry. Won’t waste my time
