This company called our office and spoke to our receptionist. They told her that they were our supplier of toner for our copier and that she needed to sign a form that would be faxed to her if she didn’t our price would go up. They needed this back right away or we would be forced to pay more for our toner. She was also told that we were under contract with them and she did not need to provide a purchase order number or get approval because our terms had already been worked out and agreed to in the contract. She signed the form that stated that it was for one unit. In the months to follow they not only continued to send toner that was never ordered but increased the amount of toner that they sent. Our receptionist called after the second order to tell them that we did not order any more toner and were not in need of anymore to be sent. She was told that we were under contract and would continue to received shipments until the fulfillment of the contracted amount was done. They started to send 5 units at a time and charged us $619.00 per unit. These toners retail for $78.00.
