Type of a scam Debt Collections
They are attempting to collect on an old debt that I paid years ago and is too old to be on my credit report. Caller is foreigne, maybe Indian. He was not rude or abusive but was getting annoyed that I wouldn’t confirm who I was by saying "yes" (another scam tactic) I told him I already paid it years ago and he said that they are the real collectors or something like that.
