I ordered a product through this online company. It has been a couple of weeks and I am still being told my order is processing. They say they are just behind but I have read several reviews of people saying it has been more than a month. I have asked for my order to be cancelled and money refunded but they are refusing.

I purchased a personalized bag from this website. I clicked on a shop now link on Instagram. After I shopped I didn’t received any confirmation email or message and that I found it odd. So, after sending many email from the costumer service asking about my order number or track number they starting sending an email back saying was any order on my name to send an ID.
I did some search online and I found out many other had the same problem and shared the same story. SCAM and I am still fighting over my money with paypal.
