Icey Pods

April – Apr 29, 2020

I ordered 2 pair for Christmas presents and never received them. Don’t bother emailing them you will never get a response. I will never order off of Facebook again.

Jeremiah – Mar 24, 2020

I also bought 2 pairs and never recieved them. I tried going to there website but it said it wasn’t active. I would love to get my money back.

Mark – Mar 09, 2020

I also ordered my icey pods in November and never received them. Got an email saying they would be delivered on December 23 like everybody else now it’s March still no Icey pods. I would love to get my money back. I also sent many emails and never got a response.

Same thing happened to me, I ordered 4 pair, at BOGO free… first week in December, took my money out of my bank, never received the product.. Is there anything we can do?

Katelyn – Mar 06, 2020

Bought in late November… says they were shipped but never received… now the email address is coming up undeliverable!

Angel –

Bought 3 said shipped never received them 😕

Krista –

I ordered two pairs in late November/early December and, like many others here, received an email stating they should arrive by 12/23/19. I have not received them and the company has not yet responded to any of my FOUR emails requesting either a refund or for the merchandise to be sent. This is both disappointing and frustrating! These were meant to be Christmas gifts!

Amanda –

looks like I am not the only one. I ordered them back in November and got the same email saying they were sent and have yet to receive them. I have emailed them as well and nothing. Even have an order number. Does anyone know how to get our money back? If I find out I will let others know.

Jeremy –

We ordered a pair several months ago and even received an email stating they should arrive by 12/23/19. As of 2/8/20 no ear buds. I have emailed several times and have not received any response.

My wife ordered 2 pairs for our kids for Christmas and they never showed up. She emailed a few times and we actually received an email back a few weeks later saying they were on their way. We never recieved anything from them again and obviously the pods never showed up. We’re out $70 now.

Darryl –

I ordered these for Christmas and never received them. I’ve emailed several times with no response. When you click on the link it gives you something strange.
Is there anyway to get your money back if you paid with PayPal?

Jaclyn –

Same thing happened to me. I bought two pair for my kids and they never came. Store doesn’t exist for tracking and when I emailed I actually got a reply from someone else who has taken the icey pods email address to alert people to the fraud (he says that when he emailed them at that address it bounced back as unknown so he took it to let people know). Apparently Facebook has been alerted to them being a scam but has basically said “too bad.”

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Creating a website using Facebook’s Shopify, Icey Pods was given a platform to sell wireless headphones similar to AirPods. These were heavily advertised on Facebook and seemed to have good reviews. I purchased 4 pair for my kids for Christmas on cyber Monday. When I tried to check the tracking, the website was no longer in existence and they are not answering emails. I have disputed the charges and am hopeful that my credit card company will refund my money. I am disappointed that Facebook allows fraudulent companies to operate on their site and they advertise them.
