I saw an add on Facebook for a free IBEX 30 OZ Tumbler Just Pay$6.95 shipping. I placed an order for 1 cup as u begin to check out it says you need to purchase a lid and the packaged pairs each lid is $15.00 total of $30.00
then if you want a handle again you are forced to buy 2 at $10 each. So since I have all the hardware for 2 cups i order 1 more for $6.95. Total cost for 2 cups is $63.70. $3.70 less than 1 cup. works out to be a great 2 for 1 deal.
About 7 days later after receiving all items I notice a charge on my credit card twice for $39.95 from IBEX so I called customer service and was told cup was not free it was a free trial and since I didn’t send them back I was charged I went back to order i saved it in files no ware on the order does it say you have to give back or return cups if you dont want to pay more for them so I ended up paying $143.60 for 2 cups why would anyone want tp pay that much for a drinking cup.
