Contact made via a security software that had previously purchased. Claiming I needed new software after first attempt with 32 bit ($300) second was " successful " ($600). All this to be refunded to me with insurance claim. Only to be told they needed and additional $300 to process the check All this money was transferred via iTunes gift card
