Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased an item from this site, received a tracking number and then the item was never given to FedEx. They sent me a text saying that my tracking number had changed, didn’t tell me what the new tracking number was, and then told me that they attempted delivery but were unable to do so (without reason). I never had a note about a delivery attempt, and FedEx confirmed that they were never given the product. I tried to call customer service, but the number on the website is actually somebody’s cell phone, and that person is actively ignoring my phone calls.
