Type of a scam Online Purchase
I made a purchase for a pet online, once the payment was made, details were sent to me about how the dog would be shipped.
They told me the shipping company would be sending me an email about the delivery of the dog.
Well when I got the 3rd email from them, they told me there is an insurance policy I have to purchase before they can send but this is fully refundable once I receive the dog.
The insurance covered a lot of things which sounded really nice.
This entire scheme was what I call next level, done to perfection.
I just happened to do some searching of this site since they were charging so much.
Long story short, there are 2 identical websites like this that stem from another website that has been shut down.
The 2nd website is mega air express.
I didn’t realize I was scammed by the "dog owner" until I found this request of $2100 to be very odd.
Once I found this out, I looked up the persons phone number and they have been part of 2 other websites with pitbull scams.
