Type of a scam Online Purchase
On 4/22/18, listed a Retro Console for sale on social media, stating "items were IN STOCK" I place an order, received confirmation email.
3.5 weeks later, having not heard anything else from seller, I pinged them via email requesting status. 72 hours later, nothing. I pinged them again on 5/16/18, a tracker number for USPS was provided on 5/16 ***. Today, 5/23 This tracker shows no activity.
I believed this company had pre-sold items it never had or had intentions of getting. I contacted AMEX Card and did a fraud claim.
