I received a voicemail on my phone, left for my ex and not me. The message was regarding debt owed, so I wanted my name removed from the call list. They spoke with me and asked about contacting my ex, which I explained I haven’t seen in 10yrs. Then the guy gasped a little and said, are you (my full name)? I said yes and they explained my name is on this law suit. So I called my lawyer and they advised it wasn’t legit. I called the company back for their information and the person got really angry and nasty with me. They told me I wouldn’t find them online because they don’t advertise. Then they hung up on me. So this is not a law firm. Ignore them. Very annoying and I should never answer a voicemail. Ever.
