Online purchase, no response to emails or customer service. Read a bunch of reviews after my order, many people have been ripped off. They advertise on Facebook and their web site is set up to look like Amazon. These jerks need to be stopped.

I kept seeing this company pop up on Facebook, so I thought they were legit. Nope. They won’t send your item(s) and ignore your emails and Facebook messages (they won’t list a phone number, so this is the only way to contact them.

My wife placed an order with this online “company” for a Christmas gift. After two weeks of not receiving any merchandise or info she sent several emails inquiring on her order and received no confirmation. Most of these emails went without response. Finally they sent her a tracking number that was apparently bogus because when clicked to track the package it said item was not traceable. After finding this “company” on scam advisor it turns out my wife isn’t the only one with the same exact story. I hope it is possible to [censored] this website down and give the consumers back the money they were scammed out of.

I have been looking for the Nintendo console. I came across this shopping site called huddlebag and it was on it. Made the purchase everything looked and seemed legit. I was to receive a tracking # once my item was shipped. I emailed the company due to it being the only form of contact. Got a response saying due to the holidays they are backed up. I would receive a tracking number and partial refund. I have yet to get either this was Sunday Nov. 26 and we are now Thurs. Nov. 30. I have tried emailing and messaging on Facebook book but no response.
