we ordered a hydro flask from a website called hothotcups. it has been over the standard shipping days we ordered aug. 20th. it is now sept. 6th. No tracking number on the invoice that was emailed. It was through paypal is how you pay which to me was a reflag. As I ordered it anyway. I have emailed them last week and no response. Another email today. As I investigated I pulled up the address on the site and found a number to that address, it took me to the real Hydro flask company, as I spoke with them they told me its fraudulent and they are trying to get that site shut down. She said I probably will not receive my product. These products are cheaper than the actual hydroflask website. So As I was doing more investigating the hothotcups website has exactly the same info as the hydroflask website. The address, about, contact all of that info is from the real hydroflask website, they basically changed the name and the prices on their website.
