i was contacted and asked if i ever heard of an empowerment program and was told that this program was called the hope program and that it can help pay bills and that it was a one time thing they ask for your name address state and marital status as well as housing status and monthly income then tell you how much you qaulify for they then say you have to put 500$ to insure the check and that itll be delivered by fed ex in 24 hours then after its not delivered they proceed to tell you they need more stuff from you and ask for more money they do not give you a number to call tell you they cant give you a refund and that you just need to turn in an irs certificate and that the business only has people to talk to on fridays and saturdays

I get over five calls a day from this number asking to give them money. I’ve asked them to stop calling me but they keep calling and harassing me daily.

Ashley with Hope Program called to inquire about the Auto Loan papers I filled out on-line in the last 30 days. She wanted to see if I was still looking for a vehicle and if so wanted to help me find one. I asked what website referred her to me? She refused to answer and continued to talk in circles about what great questions I was asking.
I have not filled out any information about looking for an auto loan and nor would I ever on the internet give my information out.
Ashley continued to refuse to answer my questions and hung up on me. I called back and she already knew it was me calling and again refused to tell me where she got my information.
