I ordered basketball shoes for my daughter from the above site, which indicates a guaranty and refund procedures. I not only received the wrong shoes, but also the wrong size. After several weeks of correspondence, they have offered discounts on future purchases, a partial refund, but clearly have no intention of replacing or refunding my purchase cost. They indicate that shipping is expensive and as they cannot be assured to receive the item in return, cannot refund the cost. I know $105 is not an extreme amount of money, but I am a single parent with one child in high school and another in college; their father passed away a year ago and finances are extremely tight. If I am unable to receive restitution, this company should be held responsible in some manner.

Last October 21 I found a website called "hoopjordan.com". The website offered many nice shoes at low price’s. Interested in the low price of the shoes, I bought them. After two months of waiting I still did not get them. That was October 21 2017. It’s now March 28th 2018 and I still have never got my shoes. Any time I email there customer service email, all i get is replies like "your a liar", "you never sent us your purchase order", and "we’ll look right into it for you". It’s disgusting that these people call themselves a business.
