DO NOT BUY FROM HONEYCUPCAKE. I believe its a scam. I purchased a baby sleep sling from them via a FB Ad.

I never received a confirmation email that item was being processed or shipped. I contacted their "customer service" and keep getting almost the same identical response. I asked for them to cancel and refund and the reply was- they could not because it was past the 24hours cancel time.
It is now 2/16/2020 and I have yet to receive the item. I have to keep emailing them to get almost the same response over and over.
"This is Mikey from Honey Cupcake. I understand your concern, don’t worry, I am here to help.
"I checked your order #HYC1384 and sent this for escalation. We will contact our supplier to update us with the tracking number. We assure you that we have processed your order. In line with this, we will make sure that you will receive an email for the tracking number as soon as our supplier has updated us with it.
I know an apology is no substitute for good service, but I want to offer one on behalf of Honey Cupcake. I have already escalated this issue. I will get back to you as soon as our supplier and management responds.
Thank you for your patience and hope you have a nice day ahead!"
Same email with a few variations every time I contact. Just stay away! Also- the item I ordered is no longer posted on their site. hmmmm.
