Type of a scam COVID-19

On 7/31/2020, I went to this company’s website, based on someone’s recommendation I saw on Facebook, to purchase disinfectant products which were not available anywhere due to COVID. According to the website, the items were in stock. I ordered enough so I would get free shipping and I also signed up for a monthly subscription for $3.99 so I could continue getting the antibacterial items. I received the initial confirmation email on 8/1/2020 and one more on 8/2/2020 stating they were preparing my order. When I went to track my order on their website, there was no tracking number. It said to download an app called Shop to be able to track my order. The only thing the app did was show the items in my order. It did not show the status of the shipment. On 8/20/2020, I sent an email to Home Supply inquiring about the status of my order. I received an email from them stating a case ticket has been opened and would be given their highest priority by the customer service agent and to expect another message addressing my specific issue. It also stated that opening another ticket for the same issue will only delay in my response. The next day, I contacted my credit card and disputed the charge. On 8/31/2020, they sent me an email stating they are sending me hand soap which I did not order but they stated it was a renewal order. The price of the soap was $2.99 and the shipping charges were $11.99! I sent an email once again and called them. No one answered the phone so I left a voicemail. So far, no response from them. I will need to dispute that charge as well. Beware of this company!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

Charged me for item (work gloves) that I never received in a partial order. Then, this month, I was charged an additional fee (that I had already paid) and an additional membership fee for the same item. Digz Women’s Large Hybrid Leather Glove – image is of what I paid for, but did NOT receive.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I had purchased Clorox wipes from homesupply.com and I did not receive tracking information, I proceeded to contact them via email and received no email back. I tried to call the number provided and it doesn’t even ring it goes straight to a voicemail that is full so u cannot leave a message. It’s been a couple weeks and no word from them after several emails. And then I noticed they changed the product I had purchased from Lysol Clorox wipes to a small pack of off brand disinfectant wipes. I know this company is a fraud however they appeared legit at first.
