This company is sending out pink letters that appear to be an overdue notice, stating that recipients need to call their company to avoid a lapse in coverage of their home warranty. They stress calling them immediately in order to avoid losing coverage. There is no official header on the letter, with only a P.O. box as the return address. The company is trying to scare recipients into purchasing their warranty plan through deception. This is a scam.
