Gene Fulmer sent a mailer to my home regarding the recent selling of my home instructing me that he could help me save my home or get the value through what is called a Quiet Titlte Recission. My obligation was to pay $2000.00 up front (which I fulfilled) & $10,000.00 upon completion of the approximate 8 week process. After remitting the entire balance of $2000.00 over a few weeks as I did not have the entire amount up front but I explained this to Mr. Fulmer and he allowed me the time to make the payments first payment of 1,250.00 on January 19, 2016 & the final payment of $200.00 on February 16,2016 but after all payments were made Mr. Fulmer would not call me with an update like before or answer my emails anymore At that point I began to try to take legal actions by filing a police report but according to the Riverside Sheriff’s department they seemed to be a legitimate business and they concluded it was a he said she said case and refused to file a report based upon that fact although I have bank check stubs with Mr. Fulmer’s name and his account number in which I deposited the monies.
