I am telling this story on behalf of my mom who was desperate to get herself dog she saw through through petfinder.com that took her to https://homeofshihtzupuppies.com/ website. The dog that she is interested of buying is named Toby for $650 plus $100 for shipping. My mom received a call that in order for her to get Toby she will have to pay ahead to get all the vaccinations and to secure him and remove him as available from heir website. The "breeder" whose name is BORIS MARSHALL requested for my mom to transfer the money through money gram or walmart however my mom was not comfortable and was able to convince them to use zelle instead. after my mom transferred $750 to this "breeder" through zelle she was told that the pet carrier will be contacting her and their company name is "PETS AIR RELOCATION SERVICES". Boris Marshall then sent my mom the shipping confirmation and the following day the pet courier congratulated her for giving toby a home. The next day, pets air relocation services sent her an email notifying her that since toby is only 10 weeks old the regulations ha changed that requires for them to place Toby in a thermal electronic crate and she will have to pay $1800 for it. my mom then contacted boris who was apologetic as he did not know that the requirements have changed and offered my mom that he can send them the money but she will then have to pay him back. A few minutes later, she texted my mom saying he only has $850 and my mom will have to send him the rest in order for Toby to be shipped out. My mom is starting to feel that this is all a bogus and sent follow up texts to the breeder who has gone missing and my mom tried contacting the pet services whose number is no longer available. I hope this goes out there and help people never to trust anything they see online even if it is true some things are just too good to be true.
