Woman called during week in AM. She said she is from Home Advisors that is like Angie’s list that markets local contractors in bay area. Asked about the type of work needed, then it turned out that she represents one group of contractors….or maybe non at all! I asked for her phone number and name so I could call her back. I tried the number she gave me and it was a personal number that said that the person was unavailable, no reference to Home Advisors. I want people to know about this in case this is some burglary unit that is trying to find out if people are home, or even if this group, is presenting themselves as a contractor clearing house and they turn out to be one building business. The phone number they gave was: (925)948-6276. The name she gave was Stephany Johnson. All bogus most likely.
