Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare
Received a package in the mail and opened it. An item was wrapped in plastic and did not open it. Read the paperwork to find the name of a doctor never heard of who authorized this item to be sent. Called the phone number provided to tell them needed to return item. Person said would send a return mail label. This was March 12 on April 2 was able to talk to a live person who send they sent label on March 15. Confirming address realized
it was sent to the wrong town, corrected this and still waiting for label to arrive. Today, April 16 called the number several times not able to leave message as mail box full nor is there anyway to reach a live person. Please HELP Thank you
