Type of a scam Employment
My full name, home address, current position, phone number, and email was asked of me from a job posted on Indeed. The job description was a Service Appointment Setter position that offered $500 for 15 hours work 3 days a week. I wasn’t aware of the scam until I read other people’s comments on Indeed about the job being fake, and unfortunately for me I had already submitted my info to this person. I’m filing a complaint against Indeed for not having tighter background checks for the employers and their businesses. A lot of people use this site in hopes of finding employment and shouldn’t have to worry about their information being jeopardized. I’m extremely angry and if not vindicated I will take legal action against Indeed.com
