On two occasions I was wrongfully towed by H&N Towing. They have a contract with my apartment complex to tow cars WITHOUT a visible parking permit. I pay additional fees for my parking spot, yet I was towed both times WITH a visible permit. On the first occasion, I was also charged an additional $50 for “catching an attitude,” as Michael, the tow manager, stated. Keep in mind Michael was extremely rude, cursing at myself and others, and he would not provide any information about my vehicle or when it was towed. On the second occasion, Michael hung up in my face and also would not answer or return my phone calls after I spoke to him directly about the tow.
