I bought a couple of straightening hair irons and they never shipped these to me and took my funds out of my credit card. I ordered these 12/7/2019 and it’s been 2 months. I have been contacting them constantly and it looks like they blocked my email. They falsely claimed yo be accredited by the better business bureau and used your logo on their website. They recently changed their website to agoraoutlets.com to keep scamming people
I have replied numerous times the merchandise sent is and was: 1. Damaged!
2. Requested multiple
Emails of mailing
Dates.
3. Quality does Not match price Inferior!!!!
4. People will not answer phone number provided. After multiple phone calls and sent emails with photos!!!
These people are frauds and rip off artists, criminal charges must be implemented.
CONSUMER FRAUD!!!!!!!!
Class action lawsuits is warranted NOW!!!!
I agree..never had any problems or questionable business activity until now.
I believe I got scammed also. Will never ordered anything from Hills and Horizons again. Got me for $18.68.
