Type of a scam Phishing
Priority mail envelope with a check inside for me to deposit and it will either clear immediately or in 24hrs. Then I’m supposed to send an email or text with a copy of the deposit slip and deduct $550 for myself but if I do it quickly they will give me an extra $50 and the remaining balance is $2300 will be forwarded to the technicians then the remaining funds will be sent to me by email or text messages. This has been done through several different places for the last few months please help if this is a scam so we can stop these people(crooks) thanks
