I took an online survey after which it was said I won an MP3 player. I was to pay a shipping fee of a few dollars. I found later that they were taking 36 dollars every month. I never agreed to any such thing. I never received the prize and was unable to get my money back. I will continue to fight this with the help of my bank and hopefully the BBB.

Received 7 calls from unavailable asking me to verify my health information. The caller says he’s from Health something in Columbus, OH. He wants me to verify my health information; dob, dr’s names, dr contact info. He said he needs to know if they are still in the Board of Public Health. The caller has an accent, perhaps Hispanic or Asian.
