This has been the worst experience of my life. I got a loan for $300 in September 2017. I looked at my account recently and they have been debiting my account ever since then and I have now paid them $2000. When I called them to rectify the situation they told me that I was supposed to have called them and told them to stop debiting my account. I told them this was illegal practice and they refused to let me speak to anyone so I don’t know what to do from here.
