This company advertising is fraudulent. I ordered 3 different short styled wigs and was sent something no were near what I ordered. I paid for the wigs plus shipping and handling. I contacted the company via email and thru PayPal- I paid for my order utilizing PayPal. The Halo-hair wig-shop responded: I must pay to return there items. Or accept a 10% refund of my money- Straight Fraud. I checked to return the wigs to CHINA will cost me $45.00. I requested they send me prepaid postage. I would like everyone considering making a purchase to be ware of this company. This company does not have a refund policy listed on the second page of the A order tracker either. The pic below is what I ordered which were advertised as human hair short lace front wigs. I received 2 straight bobs a black 1 and a burgundy one and 1 black thick full short wig. None were lace front nor what I ordered. This site took my order, purposely send me trashy wigs and refused to refund my money and wants me to pay to send them the trashy wigs back to them in order to be refunded my $55.86. Or accept 10% as a refund? -Straight rip off!
