I ordered a costume from this site drawn in by the ‘pay shipping costs only’ and should have known better! I ordered on 10/13 and No costume has arrived. I have tried emailing them from the email on the Order Confirmation email I received – 4 times! No response. There is no other method to contact them. Now looking at their site – I should have known better! There is no contact us page, or phone #, address listed. There is the ability to order only. Sharing my story on Trustpilot as well. From Google research I was able to find out that this is a new site – only been active 14 days. The person was unable to determine the location from the IP. Very frustrating that people take advantage of others. How many children did not get a halloween costume and their parents lost their money? Their website is still active and probably continue to scam!
