Type of a scam Online Purchase

I saw an ad online about Hair Bloom which was featured on Shark Tank for hair growth. I did some investigation online, and couldn’t find anything that made them seem illegitimate so proceeded with their offer of a 30 trial for the $4.95 shipping. I made sure to check the Terms & Conditions and read everything I could to make sure there weren’t going to be any surprise charges. I was charged 10/23 for the $4.95 and within a week received the product. After looking at my credit today, I noticed on 11/09 they charged me $79.95. I immediately called the phone number that appeared with the credit card charge to receive credit and cancel whatever membership they have for me. We will see if the credit actually appears, otherwise I will continue my dispute with my bank, I’ve read now on ScamPulse.com’s website that some people never received credit. I was advised that it was disclosed (it wasn’t) that after a 2 week period (they sent a 30 day ‘trial’) that they charge the $79.95. After about 3 holds to speak with a ‘manager’ I was finally offered a full refund (they started with a 50% credit then 75%). When I tried to go back to the website, it has now changed to offering Magnetique Hair Growth, and is no longer under the name of Hair Bloom. It took a few websites to try to find the Terms and Conditions that the representative referenced were available online, which do not stipulate any of these charges. It appears this scam is taking advantage of the show Shark Tank and continuing to change their names to avoid being caught.
