Type of a scam Travel/Vacations
We were contacted by Crossland Pacific Realty in San Diego saying they had a buyer for our timeshare. The buyer was buying 200 timeshares in Mexico. The name of the broker is Jeanne Zimmer. Then a escrow company sent us a bank statement showing a deposit into an account for us in the amount double our value of the timeshare. They include a $4500 fee they say we have to pay to the Mexico government. I told them I was not paying any money out and they have not called me back. The escrow company is Group Financial Inc. the address of both parties belong to other people.
