I placed an order on line with groham and it confirmed my order and took money out of my PayPal account but never rec’d the item. I tried to email them with no response and I tried calling but it just repeats the phone number and you can leave a message but no return call. Then they have another number listed that is for another business all together.

The website looks like a legitimate retailer and I thought that I was buying an Instant Camera for $39.99. When I tried to reach out to them to ask about the status of my order, I received an error message that the email wasn’t valid and then tried calling both phone numbers listed only to discover that they were random phone numbers that were not associated with Groham. Apparently, the scam has been going for over a year.

I went to this website after googling step 2 dino dig water and sand table. I purchased it, (it led me to PayPal) and they sent me a receipt to my email saying thank you, we will email when we ship your item. That was May 31st. I emailed them and haven’t heard from them. I Tried to call them and it was a phone number for ULTA BEAUTY. The sale goes through for payment to someone with the name Kristine R*** ***. Then googled them and there are a lot of complaints. No one has gotten their stuff. SMH.

I’ve had same experience as others with Groham Depot. Website is selling multiple items from electronics, toys, cookware etc. online. You can order online, pay with credit card, Paypal etc. It is not real, items are never delivered. Contact information all fictitious, phone number on website is fictitious (Ulta Beauty answers), address is office building, no response to any questions, no delivery of purchased product. I purchased a Step 2 water play table, completed transaction online and seller after a week never supplied tracking information for purchase. I have tried to contact seller, no response, no way to contact them. I have opened a complaint with Paypal.

Ordered my daughter’s birthday gift from this website and I never received anything nor could I get in contact with them because the numbers they provide are for an Ulta store in Kansas and some civilian guy in Chicago. It’s been 3 weeks and nothing has shown up and there has been no contact made. It is a fake website do not give them your business or you will be scammed.

Ordered a product on 04/04/2018. Paid with PayPal. Received receipt from PayPal and from website regarding order confirmation and shipping information. Emailed company on 04/17/2018 after logging back into website to locate info on the status of shipping. Nothing updated. No return email from company. Again, I logged onto website on 04/24/2018 to see status of my order shipment. Again, no updates. Frustrated, I emailed all email addresses located on website. I received an immediate kick back email of failure to send, address not located. Even more frustrated, I called phone number listed as "Contact Info". Phone nunber is actually an Ulta Beauty Salon. Another phone number was located on website. I called that number to have a nice (seemingly frustrated) gentleman on the other end. He stated that the company I am inquiring about is a ficticious company. He advised me to contact my credit card company, bank and even police. He stated that he knows the other phone number listed is a beauty salon. He seemed generally concerned and that I should definitely dispute this claim.

Groham Depot pretends to offer kitchen products, electronics, and toys at reduced products. When I did a Google search for a Step 2 water table for my child, the product came up on their website for about $20 less than other major websites and with free shipping. It seemed like an offer too good to be true…and unfortunately it was. The website looks legitimate with a Kansas City address and phone number, customer service e-mail, etc. but none of that contact information actually belongs to them. I paid through PayPal and now have lost about $50 on a product that they’re never going to send me. Do not send them any money. I wish someone had warned me.
