Type of a scam Online Purchase
The issue is described below. I have tried 3 times to get the product or my money back and they keep telling me 3-5 business days, but I never receive anything. Inside the bottle was something but it wasn’t Hawthorne Berry capsules, they were bigger and a different color than the ones I have been using for years, obviously the intent was to deceive. Not sure what’s inside these capsules and will not find out if I have to take one! I have been trying to get restitution since 6/16/18.
To whom it may concern:
I received my order and when I opened the bottle, I was absolutely floored! The bottle had been tampered with and there were only 41(out of 120) capsules inside. There wasn’t a seal on top of the bottle but I could clearly see that it had been removed! There wasn’t any cotton inside nor was there a small packet to keep capsules fresh.
The clear plastic that seals the cap to the bottle was intact and not broken. So whoever has access to placing this on the cap is probably the one that took the capsules but did not have the time to replace all the above mentioned safeguards and probably thought the customer would not notice. I will not use these capsules for obvious reasons and would like a refund please. I will gladly send these capsules back to you. Please let me know how to proceed.
