I purchased a free trial of hair bloom for only the shipping. 4.95 weeks later i was charged 70.95 from s company called gold muscle. I called the number associsted with the charge n immediately am put on hold. No professional greeting. Just how can i help you and what is your name n email address. Then they inform me i signed up to pay for the full product if i dont cancel in 30 days
I told her i never signed up for something like that and i want a refund. She said she could not redund my money oh i argued her down to 25% refund then 50$ then 75% until finally i said something she didnt like and said i will refund the full amount in 3 to 5 days and you will get email comfirmation. The email is plain n says nothing about s company, heading or even the name at end of email. Total scam! When i asked where r theu located give me corporate information. Let me speak to supervisor nothing no info. What is this world coming to?
