Type of a scam Online Purchase

I found an advertisement for 2 Pomeranian puppies on Advertigo.net and after contacting, via text, the seller who went by the name James Sergio, was told that the puppies were being given away for free due to the recent death of his daughter. I was also told that for around $300 the 2 puppies could be shipped directly to my home address. After receiving emails and calls from a “Delta Shipping Agency” (also using the name “UXF Transporters”), I was told that I needed to send a MoneyGram for the amount of $320, including a copy of the receipt. After doing this, I received another email telling me that there were now additional crate and insurance fees, bringing the total amount to $1330. I was also told that there would be no refunds for the $320 that I already paid, which made me suspicious that I had just been played in a scam.

After further research, I found too many stories of fraud consistent with the experience I had just had. Additionally, after doing further online research into the sellers number, I discovered that the number used by the supposed seller, (903) 326-8555 (who also went by Jeremiah Hedrick) was listed on a number of websites using different locations, dog names, and situations.

It is my suspicion the Supposed shipping company and the seller are one in the same, or are working together. The MoneyGram wire transfer was sent to an Anthony Parker (see below):
